S.1 – S.3 (Junior Secondary): No school fee

S.4 – S.6 (Senior Secondary): Annual fee is $3000

S.5-S.6 (IBDP) : Annual fee is $29,900

School Fee Remission Scheme 2025-2026

 
1. Purpose 

  • To care for the needy students  

  • To provide financial assistance for the parents who may have problem for submitting school fee  

 
2.     To care for the needy students  

  • The school fee remission will be granted for full or half, depending on the financial situation of the applicant’s family 

 
3.     Amount of School Fee Remission 

  • There are two levels of remission:  

 
i)    FULL: No need to submit the school fee 
ii)   HALF: Submit half amount of the school fee (i.e. $1500 per year)

5.    Application Procedures 

 

  1. Download the form here. (No need to submit the form if the Eligibility Certificate from Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA) has been submitted)

  2. Submit the completed form together with the originals and copies of the supporting documents to the General Office.

  3. Before the notification of the result, student should have to pay full amount of school fee.

  4. All information provided in the application form and the supporting document(s) submitted will be strictly vetted by a committee appointed by the Principal. The school will grant a suitable level of fee remission with a set of eligibility benchmarks no less favourable than the government financial assistance schemes for needy students.

 

6.    The school authority reserves the right for the final approval of the application.

 

The SFAA will use the "Adjusted Family Income" (AFI) mechanism as the means test to assess the eligibility of a family for student financial assistance and its assistance level. The AFI mechanism is based on the following formula:​​

  • Gross annual income of the family includes the annual income of the applicant and his/her spouse; 30% of the annual income of unmarried child / children residing with the family if applicable; and the contribution from relatives / friends if applicable.     

  • The members of a family normally refer to the applicant, his/her spouse, unmarried child / children residing with the family and the dependent parent(s) who are supported by the applicant and/or his/her spouse (Please refer to the Guidance Notes on Application for Assessment of Eligibility for definition of “Dependent Parent”).       

  • For single-parent families of 2 to 3 members, the ‘plus 1 factor’ in the divisor of the AFI formula will be increased to 2.​

7.    Appeal Mechanism

Appeals from applicants who disagree with the results can be done in writing to the school's general office within one month from the day of notification.

學費減免計劃 2025-2026

1. 目的

  • 照顧有需要的學生，減輕家長因繳交學費而造成的經濟負擔  

​

2. 計劃內容

  • 因應申請人家庭的經濟狀況，批核減免學費的數額 

 

3. 學費減免額共分 2 個級別，詳情如下：

i) 全免：毋須繳交學 

ii) 半免：每年繳交$1,500 

 

4. 審批準則

5.  申請手續  

i) 申請表格在此下載（如家長已向校方遞交學生資助辦事處資格證明書（全額減免），則毋須另行申請）。

ii)填妥後連同文件的正本及副本交回校務處。
iii) 獲知審批結果前，學生須繳交足額學費。
iv) 申請表上所提供的一切資料及所提交的證明文件，均會由校長委任的委員會嚴格審核。學校將根據政府       學生資助計劃的資格基準，向有經濟需要的學生批出適當程度的學費減免。

6.  校方對所有申請，保留最終的審批權。

  • 家庭全年總收入包括申請人及其配偶的全年收入，與申請人家庭同住的未婚子女的全年收入的 30%（如適用），以及親友給予的津貼（如適用） 

  • 家庭成員通常是指申請人、申請人的配額、與申請人家庭同住的未婚子女，以及由申請人及/或其配偶供養的父母 

  • 二至三人的單親家庭，公式中除數的（+1）將會增加至（+2)​​

7. 申訴機制

    申請者如對減免學費申請結果有任何異議，可於一個月內以書面形式向校務處提出申訴。
