Becoming an educator has always been a life goal to Ms. Ma. She wants to influence her students positively as her teachers did to her. She is enthusiastic about education and always strives to do the best for her students. Besides, she is now studying the Master of Social Work in HKU. She believes that it can make her keenly aware of how important to recognize students' needs and make unique provisions. It also helps to ensure that a positive and motivational environment exists beyond her classroom.
